PROCESSING TIME:

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

 

SHIPPING TIME:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout)

 

ADDITIONAL INFO:

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
KB Hair Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information.
Once an order has shipped, delivery updates must be handled directly with the carrier.

Refund Policy

At KB Hair Co., we pride ourselves on providing the highest-quality luxury hair extensions. Each bundle is thoroughly inspected and tested before shipping to ensure excellence.

 

Because of the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the security seal or packaging has been opened, altered, or removed.

 

However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at MY EMAIL with your order number and photos of the product. We’ll review your claim promptly and provide a replacement or store credit if approved.

 

Important Notes:

 

Hair must remain in its original condition — unwashed, uncolored, and unused.
KB Hair Co. is not responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are not issued for buyer’s remorse or improper installation.
